Refund and Return Policy for Crafty BV
At ROLEY'S, we strive to ensure you love your beer purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns only in these cases:
- Damaged or defective packaging upon delivery.
- Incorrect items shipped (e.g., wrong beer style or brand).
- Important: We cannot accept returns for beer that has been opened, partially consumed, or returned due to personal taste preferences, per health and safety regulations.
2. Timeframe for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returned Items
- To qualify for a return, the beer must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging.
- In the same condition as when delivered.
- We may refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Follow these steps to request a return:
- Email our team at websales@drinksupernatural.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Await approval and return instructions from us.
- Securely package the item and ship it to the provided address.
- Note: Customers cover return shipping costs unless the issue is our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
5. Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If the return is due to our mistake, we’ll also reimburse return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll replace it with the correct product (subject to availability). Contact us using the return process above.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or partially consumed beer.
- Beer improperly stored or handled after delivery.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
