2. Packaging and Handling

Your beer cans will be packed with care using sturdy, industry-standard materials to prevent breakage during transit. -
Packaging Fees:
A small fee may be added to your shipping cost to cover specialized packaging materials. -
Temperature Notice:
Extreme weather can affect beer quality. While we package responsibly, we’re not liable for temperature-related issues during shipping.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery Estimates:
- Standard: 3-5 business days.

Next Working Day: 1-2 business days (extra fees apply).
Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Processing Time:
Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email when your order ships. Next working day delivery orders received before 12pm noon will be despatched the same day. Orders received after 12pm noon will be despatched the following working day. -
Working Days:
- Our working days are Monday to Friday.
4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is on its way. Check your delivery status anytime. -
Signature Required:
Some deliveries may need an adult signature to confirm receipt and verify age.

Double-check your shipping details. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information. -
Receiving Delivery:
An adult of legal drinking age must be present to accept the shipment if a signature is required. Missed deliveries may need rescheduling or pickup.

If your beer arrives damaged:- Take photos of the package and items.
- Email us at websales@drinksupernatural.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll replace or refund your order after review.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:
Contact us if your order is late or missing. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve it. -
Returns:

7. Shipping Costs
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping option.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £100/€100(standard shipping only).
8. International Shipping
- We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping isn’t offered yet.
